This
sandblasting technique consists of a pressure cabinet called
"sand box" which is fed with abrasive at regular
intervals through a cone-shaped valve.
The air pressure blows a jet of abrasive into the gun. The
jet of abrasive is then directed towards the components located
in the sandblasting station. Unequalled performances are ensured
by pressure sandblasting. This technique results in a thorough
removal of pollutants and high efficiency in production.
-
cabinet complete with abrasion-proof rubber sheets screw-bolted
to the vertical walls in the work area
- 24 l abrasive reservoir(8 l reservoir upon request)
- high-efficiency cartridge filter
- 1.5 HP aspirator with shut-off valve on the discharge opening
- abrasive reclaiming cyclone.
- vacuum meter for continuous vacuum control in the cabinet
Similar to sandblasting with cyclone, the technique "without
cyclone" features the following basic differences
- the unit is not provided with abrasive reclaiming cyclone
- the abrasive reservoir is located underneath thee hopper
- the cabinet is not provided with vacuum meter
VACUUM
SANDBLASTING/SHOT-PEENING MACHINES
Similar
to pressure sandblasting/shot-peening machines, these units
are designed for ease of handling and can be located outdoors,
on supporting framework and/or suitable structures in a cabinet
provided with dust collector and recirculation system
This is the less expensive series, suitable to standard quality
applications. This design does not include abrasive reclamation,
nevertheless, the abrasive is collected from the bottom of
the cabinet and fed again to the system as collected.
Dust collection in the cabinet meets the needs (the machine
is complete of aspirator
EXPENDABLE SAND BOXES SAND BOXES WITH ABRASIVE RECOVERY SYSTEM
Similar
to pressure cabinet sand boxes, these units are designed for
ease of handling and can be located outdoors, on supporting
framework and/or suitable structures in a cabinet provided
with dust collector and recirculation system.
