Non-assisted operations are ensured by this configuration for the treatment of small size components. The components are loaded in the piece holding basket. When the door is locked up, the basket sets in front of the sandblasting gun which is put in proper position through its own adjustable support.

In the automatic cycle the basket rotation is actuated at the same time as the blast gun. This action ensures a complete high quality treatment of each component.

The unit is equipped with a timer for a precise control of the cycle time.

The throughput of the system depends on the basket size.
