Come
funziona una sabbiatrice/pallinatrice BLASTLINE a pressione
Each pressure machine is typically provided with a cartridge filter. Bag filters are definitely unfit for this application..
- Through a proper use of the blast gun, the abrasive will be blown onto the surface to be treated with a precision jet. Some residue (dust) will result from the breakage of abrasive grains during the process. In addition to that, some residues will be released by the treated surface.
- The mixture of unbroken abrasive+dust+residues will fall on bottom of the hopper shaped cabinet and continously collected by the vacuum system.
- The mixture of unbroken abrasive+dust+residues will be transferred to the cyclone (the reclaiming apparatus) where the unbroken abrasive grains will be finally separated from dust and residues. In a pressure machine, the cyclone usually consists of a two-way adjustable suction system. This characteristic makes the unit suitable to large quantities of abrasive, blown and reclaimed continuously, and a wide range of abrasive material.
- The reclaimed abrasive will settle in the storage area, on bottom of the cyclone. It must be observed that the abrasive cannot flow into the pressure tank directly, because the pressure tank shall be maintainted totally sealed during the process not to lose pressure, which is a fundamental condition to abrasive blow-off.
The abrasive will flow into the tank after the operator has stopped the machine operation, causing an automatic depressurization of the tank. As soon as the tank has been put under pressure again, the abrasive will be released to blast gun for a new cycle.
- The dust and residues, after separation from the abrasive grains in the cyclone, will be transferred to the dust collector to be finally intercepted and filtered.
