A BLASTLINE SANDBLASTING MACHINE BASICALLY CONSISTS OF:
- A cabinet, or process chamber
- Working jet system, either “vacuum” or “pressure” system
- An abrasive recovery and recycling system, usually referred to as “the cyclone” Hereinafter we will explain why in some cases the cyclone is not applicable..
- A dust collection system, designed to discharge fresh air into the work environment. This system is usually referred to as “dust collector”.
- An aspirator, designed to create a current of air capable to convey the abrasive to the recycling system and the dust to the filtration system, respectively. The aspirator will also maintain an adequate vacuum condition in the working cabinet to avoid any dangerous gas and dust escapes.
