A door-mounted rotary basket allows non-attended operations on small pieces. The basket shall be loaded with the pieces to be treated. While the operator closes the door, the basket automatically sets in front of the gun whose position is controlled through its adjustable support.

In the automatic cycle, the sandblasting gun is actuated at the same time as the basket rotation. This simultaneous action results in a thorough treatment of the pieces.

A timer is included in the supply for the controls of he cycle time.

The throughput depends on the basket size.

The table below shows the basket dimension/capacity applicable to standard hand operated cabinets.
