WASH SOLUTION SPRAY SYSTEM
The wash solution spray system basically consists of:
- Centrifugal pump with enclosed impeller, complete with two-pole eletric motor.
• U shaped spray ramp configuration, made from freetzmoon pipes with special nozzles, to ensure a quality investment at each point of the component.
HEATING
Electric heating system made from a battery of submerged stainless steel armored resistances with intercept thermostat for temperature regulation and optical thermometer for precise temperature control.
POWERED ROTATION
Rotation of the components is performed through a powered carrousel, with a gearmotor complete with flexible coupling designed to intercept eventual jamming and stoppages. A carrousel reset pushbutton allows the correct positioning of the basket at the discharge station, without any manual action.
ASPIRATOR
An electric aspirator is located in the upper part of the cabinet for fumes collection. The body and the fan of the aspirator are made from zinc plated steel to provide a quality configuration to the unit. At the end of the cycle, and before opening the door, the aspirator goes into action to discharge the steam from the inside of the cabinet, then the door opens completely to leave the cabinet free from vapour and odours.
DOOR OPENING
Vertical door sliding on U shaped guides..Door opening is controlled through a pneumatic cylinder, complete with two solenoid valves, for partial and total opening of the door. This operation is performed automatically, at the end of each cycle.
PARTIAL INSULATION
Partial insulation (tank only, door and cabinet not included) made from carbon steel plate, 15/10 thick (30 mm of glass wool insulation).This insulation will be in compliance with temperature requirements outside of the cabinet, in conformity with EC regulations. Lower heating time and significant savings in energy requirements are ensured by this insulation..
ELECTRIC PANEL
Centralized electric panel, cabinet type, complete with IP55 protection, inclusive of: remote control switches, motor cutout, fuse carriers, timers, push-buttons and what else is necessary to electrical connections.
The door control timers are located inside the control panel, as well as the dripping phase timers and various control material. Wiring system in conformity to EC regulations.
The programmable control panel will basically consist of:
1 main switch, to be operated with panel lid closed
1 24 V main switch
2 door control push-buttons (open/closed)
1 automatic cycle start-up pushbutton
1 carrousel rotation push-button
1 wash cycle timer
1 heating regulation thermostat
