TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Each machine consists of a series of sheet metal panels welded to each other, made from AISI 304 steel, 12/10 thick to form the tank and the cover.
· Loading platform consisting of a radial arrangement and a zinc-plated wire

net basket.
· Stainless steel wire filter mounted at the suction head of the pump.
· Submrged stainless steel-plated resistance
· Spray nozzle arch constiting of zinc-plated seel pipes (“U” arrangement) to

wash each piece thoroughly.

½” or 1” ball valve for water discharge

Electric panel in conformity to EC regulations, complete with bath

temperature control thermostats, electromechanical wash control

timers, lamps, switches and what else will be necessary to

proper machine functioning and performances..


HEATING SYSTEM

The electrical heating system consists of a submerged electrical steel resistance with intercept thermostat for precise temperature regulation. Steam suction and tank insulation are not required for bath temperatures to 45°


Model S60 C and S80 C include insulation for bath temperatures in excess of 45°. Insulation is provided for the tank only, made from stainless steel plate AISI 304, 15/10 thick, with 30 mm of glass wool insulation


MACHINE OPERATION

The machine will be complete with rotary basket for the components to be washed.

The wash solution will be continuosly collected by a motor pump from the tank located underneath. Then, a jet of wash solution will be sprayed under pressure by the motor pump from each side against the basket.


CONFORMITY TO EC REGULATIONS

Each machine will be provided with electric board complete with temperature control system designed to prevent the machine from exceeding the projected process temperature. Therefore, each machine will be delivered with certificate of conformity to the EC regulations.
